Latitude v. Cloudiness

There is no relationship between latitude and cloudiness. Any amount of cloud cover can be found at any particular latitude.

There are concentrations of cities with 0%, ~75%, and ~90% cloud cover observed.

The data is much less dispersed than other plots, with data points concentrated on percentages that are multiples of five. This highlights the subjective element of oberserving cloudiness percentages, as any computer-generated observation of cloud cover would surely generate a more disperse outcome.
